SMS Consent

EA Premier Cleaning LLC uses SMS messaging to communicate with customers who have requested our cleaning services.

Customers may choose to receive text messages regarding their cleaning service, including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, service information, and post-service review requests.

When a customer contacts EA Premier Cleaning LLC by phone and requests cleaning services, a representative will ask the customer:

“Would you like to receive text messages from EA Premier Cleaning regarding your cleaning appointment, including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and service information? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Please reply yes or no.”

The customer must clearly say “yes” before EA Premier Cleaning sends SMS messages.

After the customer gives consent, EA Premier Cleaning records the customer’s phone number and SMS consent in its booking system. The customer then receives a confirmation message acknowledging their enrollment.

SMS consent is voluntary and is not required to purchase or receive cleaning services.

Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Customers may reply HELP for assistance.
